HAPPYME7 that's great news congratulations. I started packing when I got my offer gutting the loft and a really good sort out of what we really needed. My advisor told me to be really careful at this poi t do t use any credit cards, credit of any kind etc just so they have no reason to change their minds. Lucky for me we had nothing and pay for everything out right. I'm so eased you got your offer they really do take their time but soooo worth it

Yey thats great news. You must be feeling a lot happier now.

Now its just a matter of waiting on the solicitor etc to do their bit. I made the mistake initially of not putting them under any pressure and I started getting calls from the estate agent with concerns on the sale.

But you'll be in your new house for Spring. Sounds like a lovely time to move into a new home.

Congratulations :) another great story to see on here for people who are in a similar position...

Just an update on my side, so we got the AIP and had a counter offer on the house we looked at, we have negotiated down a bit and the house is now going to be taken off the market with 6 weeks exclusivity!!!

We had a valuation on ours yesterday with the same Estate Agent who are selling the house we want, they were eager to get ours on the market and photos taken etc and say they expect to sell within 90 days....

I feel like i'm living in a whirlwind at the moment haha

Happyme7 it takes a while but use the time to have a good sort out and pack. Literally as soon as my surveys were back and a few harsh words from my MA and it was days everything happened so quick. It's so exciting and we are enjoying our first weekend off in along time. It still feels strange that we are homeowners x
