You are getting there slowly but surely. As I said they will probably want confirmation from both your employers, just to confirm you are earning what you say you are earning. It was easy for me because I work for a medium sized business and I was able to drop HR a quick email just asking them to respond ASAP to Peppers request.
So there will be a bit more waiting and but you are nearly there and you will be picking the keys up for your new home very soon.0 -
Awh i really hope so!
They still havent rang me and i dnt suppose it will be today either :eek:0 -
Howdy all,
So i had some great news yesterday, me and my wife were accepted for an AIP with Pepper :j
Now we just need to get a wriggle on with getting ours on the market
I am well happy as I couldn't bare the thought of it being declined, we both really have our hearts set on moving this year
Hopefully I can update on here soon as to how things are going with moving etc just as others have.
Thanks for starting this thread OP and for all the positivity in this thread.
Again it's great to know people have been in the same boat as me0 -

Great news Maverick. I can assure you Pepper don't just give AIP out either. They initially rejected our application and we had to go back to them a couple of months later for a default to age a little more.0 -
They don't always check employment as mine never did. I work for a small comps company and see all emails etc and nothing came through. I also know they didn't call my boss as I kept the move a total secret and she was so shocked when she found out 😁.
HAPPYME7 Hopefully today's the day you can get the solicitors to start there bit0 -
Hi everyone just an update so Pepper rang me today to confirm some details, direct debit and payment dates, new address loan amount etc, they said to me to get intouch with my solicitor as its now imminent, they said it can take 3 to 4 working days to receive the offer after doing some final checks although im not sure what these checks are:cool:
Still rather nervous and actually wnt be settled until we have the keys lol:rotfl:
Maverick thats great news, you will have to keep up all updated with your application:)0 -

Yep thats pretty much the conversation I had when they rang me. I asked what the final checks were. Basically my understanding is a senior underwriter quickly goes through your paperwork. I was told it was a 2 to 3 hours job. I believe they do this with everyone so its really nothing to worry about.
They also checked my employment status. I think this process took about 3 - 4 days.0 -
Im hoping to hear today as my advisor has a call back booked in with them for 4pm if she hasnt heard anything although pepper told me 3 to 4 working days:eek:
I want to get the solicitors sorted but darent until i get the offer so i dnt no what to do really.
I think we will be looking more towards the end of April now before completion:o0 -
