Opening up someone's premises early so your sister can benefit by having her nails done is an absolute liberty.
At least you have the grace to admit you were wrong. I would suggest not wasting anyone's time by phoning up anywhere seeking advice.
Face the music and take the punishment on the chin. Be grateful that this is just an employment issue because I would be pretty confident saying you have broken the law with your actions.

Universal credit is killing people. It has driven people to suicide. There are people who have waited so long for their first payment that they’ve been made homeless.
I know someone who lived on 96 pounds a fortnight because the dwp were taking so much off in advanced payments. He asked the dwp to reduce them and was told no.
He has tried to kill himself twice since February. It’s fine to give advice if you think someone’s business plan needs work or someone is being unrealistic.
Comments about free money and taxpayers money and mental health comments are not ok in my view. Lots of people pay into the system. Oh and for the ‘free money’ I get. I have to do a 35 hour a week jobsearch. Evidence it. Or face a sanction
My mental health was fine before I went on uc. It’s not now.
And I’ve been through a lot of tough stuff in my life.
I’d suggest people who are on twitter look at Charlotte Hughes blog the poor side of life. She lives in one of the uc pilot areas and she spends one day a week giving out food parcels and speaking to people who are destitute. Because they are waiting up to 12 weeks for their first payment
I don’t blame anyone for wanting to get off this horrible benefit. And it is horrible0 -
Strange that you haven't offered the OP any advice, let alone constructive advice but have chosen to stalk someone who you chastise for trawling.
Do you not have anything better to do with your time. How could you have forgotten so soon?

what has that got to do with this thread????
Your quote, whilst totally irrelevant here still fails to prove the point you are determined to make. Stop harassing me and stop ganging up on new members with your forum fwends (said in the style of The Inbetweeners 'football fwends').
Please stop spoiling people's threads with your personal attacks. I reply as is my right but only because of your initial provocation.0 -

What's wrong with it?
No one has yet actually yet given an explanation. Sangie said something about having a a 'legitimate reason' to be there, but that isn't a defence against trespass. Maybe you can answer?“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0 -

Part of the problem appears to be the OP is not willing to help themselves off the benefit - they've been told they need to do a business plan, been offered help by their coach to do it yet hint that we shouldn't help those even less fortunate than we are. Maybe if the OP lived somewhere without free education, free healthcare, clean water, working sewage system, stable civil environment, good wifi, and the like, the need to write a business plan might seem a tad less onerous.Originally Posted by shortcrust

I think anyone would struggle to sue a keyholder for trespass (its a civil, not a criminal matter). To sue for trespass you would have to show what losses arose - so damaged carpets/ fields/ wildlife killed - as a result of the trespass. All completely irrelevant and worrying for no reason to the OP in that thread had which was about gross misconduct (employment law) and how to prepare oneself for the investigation.Originally Posted by shortcrust

According to the company it isn't irrelevant, they've mentioned the misappropriation of company property in the allegations when she was suspended. In any event they are obviously not treating it in that way, which is the point that was made!
We're off topic anyway, it's not really helpful.“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0 -

I think some people are basing things on their way of working and believe having a key automatically gives you the right to come and go to your place of work as you choose. For most of us we can clearly see this can not be correct. Add in the fact a family member was also taken on to the premises and those premises (and resources) used for personal gain and you have a 'situation ' that I still believe 'could' have legal consequences. Could a pub employee turn up at work when they didn't have permission, open up for their sibling to come in and sit at the bar drinking? Obviously not.
I did not scare the OP I only stated she was lucky that the employer didn't take matters any further. It's like saying you were lucky the police didn't pull you over for driving at 80 on the motorway. The event had happened so the OP had no reason to be scared. 'Scared the life out of the OP' is something that has been concocted to repeatedly beat me with.0 -

I agree, so far off topic. Theft is different to loss though. (sorry)Originally Posted by shortcrust

I have no experience of the job centre but I'm with the OP on this, I resent the fact the Govt give foreign aid to countries in Africa and the middle East who hate our way of life and resent everything about us, I'd rather the money go to british people not ready to write themselves off and wanting to live rather than merely exist.
You mention you have sick notes making you unsuitable for employment, what sort of business were you thinking of starting?0
