            Hi Forum Members
 UPDATE
I have received further letter from Gladstones and from the County Court a ‘Notice if Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track’.
States the defendant has filed a defence, after is crossed out wording, a copy of which is enclosed ? Crossed out nothing enclosed ?
I need to return the ‘Directions Questionnaire (Small Claims Track) I assume I follow page 4 on this link by IamEmanresu :-

LOL, obviously that's YOUR copy of what was sent to the C with your defence, so of course they are not going to enclose your OWN defence, with your 'defendant copy'!States the defendant has filed a defence, after is crossed out wording, a copy of which is enclosed ? Crossed out nothing enclosed ?
This is normal and fully covered by bargepole in the What happens When section in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread, where he walks through all stages including every question/which box to tick on the DQ.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I did try, but it is too difficult to read that on its side.
Is there anything in particular you want to point out?
I did however spot both your Claim Number and PCN Number clearly visible.0
