Absolutely no way - I gave you a clue that I had 'just replied' on it...think about it.

Where do you think that thread is then, what happens when someone replies on a thread?

To ask for a link is 'extreme spoon-feeding' and this forum does not do that, because posters need to be on the case and get used to using the forum, if they are to succeed.

Apologies had a look around the forum and found Dave. I have PM’ed him as his last updates were back in June asking him for update.

I’m just beginning to panic a little bit as mentioned lost two weeks with the CC claim form sat in the mail box I decided in the first place not to pay out of principal but the last thing i want is a negative imprint on my credit file !

Thanks for everyone’s help and time. Please can we go back to basics I don’t have time to take a blank piece of paper and start forumulating a fresh defence, I need to kindly lean on experienced forum members to point me in the direction of a similar case where I can piggy back on a defence already compiled or if experience says use Dave123’s

Spoke to the Court they said need to get the defence in ASAP !

Merely losing doesnt give yo ua negative impact
Losing AND not paying within (usually) one month does.

Then use Daves
Your lack of time isnt our emergency. Sorry. You can see there are *dozens* of new threads a day. Youre not really asking someone to spend a couple hours crafting s defence just for you? for free?

No certainly not asking someone to draft a defence course I understand that I guess would like advice from the kind forum members what happens next. Forum members asking me for incident details and photos of site etc now these have been posted does the forum community point me in the right direction to other defences which were successful / similar scenario to mine so I can cut n paste and make minor amendments ?

Your advice / help would be appreciated on next steps so I can be proactive !

This is like pulling teeth, you can't see why I told you to read it?

Obviously not to pm him because he hadn't replied recently. Who cares if he replied recently, these cases take time.

I spoon-fed you a defence, and you then went into ''extreme spoon feeding'' flapping mode, wanting a link to the defence I was telling you to go and read, yet I had already told you I had ''just replied on it'' so you knew it would be at the top of the forum!

Now you've asked for a prompt and more advice, as to whether to crib from the defence I already pointed you to. Sorry but this takes the biscuit for advice.

With a Claim Issue Date of 13th August, and having done the AoS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 17th September 2018 to file your Defence.

Plenty of time, but please don't leave it until the last minute.


When you are happy with the content, your Defence should be filed via email as described here:

1) Print your Defence.
2) Sign it and date it.
3) Scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
4) Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
5) Just put the claim number and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.
6) Log into MCOL after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defended". If not chase the CCBC until it is.
7) Wait for the Directions Questionnaire and come back here.
