AP7 pic from mini roundabout down. These are the two main WS pics there are 4 others of the road.

Thank you for all your help my main angle of attack in my WS is the site plans by the defendant are all beyond my point of where I parked vehicle and numerous photos focusing on the lack of signs on so called access road, how I was to know it wasn’t a public road and why said road is half yellow lined and half not and is clear to see lots of other motorists think the same as me as photos show lots of other parked cars on this stretch. In other words highlighting the private car park company have no intention of double yellow lining all of said road as they are earning too much money off this stretch !

Thank you for your help. Is there anything further I should add to my WS missed anything out beef anything up ?

My aim is to send this pack to court by COP today so your input would be greatly appreciated! I am desperate to add this to your tally of wins :) !

How are you going to send it? It is always advised to hand deliver it to the court but you can send the claimant's copy by e-mail.

Hooray - can we have a detailed report please, blow by blow, especially:

    - which court and Judge's name?

    - describe the other side's rep, what were they like, what did they say, and describe their face when they knew they'd lost (chewing a wasp?) and how they threw their toys out the pram when you also went for costs...

    Another one bites the dust!
