I hope everyone had a good Christmas. We had a lovely time. All back to it now though. DH has gone back to work today. I've still got a week off :j
We've seen all the family and friends that we planned to now, so can just do our own thing now. I want to sort out my finances and plans for next year now.
I've taken the tree down as I wanted the space again, but will leave the lights and other decorations up until the New Year. We've sold a few things on ebay so needed access to the packaging cupboard to get them posted.
I've got weigh-in tonight at SW. It's going to be my last time this membership, and next week I am going to rejoin and have a fresh start for the New Year. I want to wipe my record and start again. I will have ended the year lighter than I started it so that's a good thing. I want to spend the next week planning and decluttering the rest of the junk food, and I want to try and really focus next year.
The kids and I have been out for a walk in the woods this morning, it was nice to get a bit of fresh air. The last of the turkey and gammon will be used up tonight so that will be the leftovers done. No food waste :T
The kids had a nice lot of presents, but it doesn't seem to be a crazy amount, so I'm not stressing about where it's going to go thankfully. A couple of bits have already been found homes for, and most of it will go with existing boxes. I'll sort that out over the weekend I expect.
Hope everyone is well"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Sounds like an ideal Christmas jwil.
I've also got to go on a weight loss kick in the new year. I need a new knee (well I actually need two but one is more complicated because its already been done once) and my health authority have reduced the BMI so I don't qualify now. If nothing else I'll make me focus more.0 -
Swooping in to say great work! It sounds like your storming it and your getting a handle on your house. Its becoming manageable! It's all down to you and your hardwork. You're a one woman whirl wind. Merry Christmas jwil xxxLoan 1 £5200/£8000
Loan 2 £300/£5800
Total £5500/£138000
