    Switching EA doesn`t change the size of the house, it is the price that needs to be switched, downwards.

    Thanks for the advice everyone. House is now SSTC so hopefully I'll be gone and in a new place by Christmas!

    Both, so they have seen it in both scenarios. The conifer never bothered me but I have to admit it does look more spacious out front without it. We are getting the fence patched up as well.
