Update for this morning. A proof of booking is not available as the soft play centre only keep them for 12 months. As its stands I only have a bank statement showing a transaction from the date in question.

You don't send anything to UKCPM, only to Gladstones. They are the solicitors on the record for the Claimant, so everything must go through them.

I think I'm there, just one final read through to double check. Does anyone have/know the email address for Gladstones? I have tried searching the forum but it throws up hundreds of results and its like looking for a needle in a haystack.0
