In the Newbies thread bargepole mentions including POFA schedule 4 and Popla's Annual Report from 2015 with a WS. Would these be relevant in my case?
No, not if defending as an admitted driver. POFA is not relevant to a driver.

Update for this morning. A proof of booking is not available as the soft play centre only keep them for 12 months. As its stands I only have a bank statement showing a transaction from the date in question.

I do now have land registry reports and plan for the area.

  • That's great, thanks again! I'm looking to put everything together and deliver to the local court tomorrow.

Do I need to email Gladstones aswell, or just UKCPM?

You don't send anything to UKCPM, only to Gladstones. They are the solicitors on the record for the Claimant, so everything must go through them.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.
  • I think I'm there, just one final read through to double check. Does anyone have/know the email address for Gladstones? I have tried searching the forum but it throws up hundreds of results and its like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Is it not on any of the paperwork that you have received from them?
  • No, their letters only show a website and a postal address. No 'Contact Us' link on their website either.
