Vodafone not playing ball!!

Hi All,


Can someone please help me obtaining a nuc from Vodafone. After a month of trying the result is a statement from Vodafone saying my phone is unlocked. Not true!! When I fit a new SIM a message 'Enter SIM ME Lock (NP0 remains 10' which I think means enter the nuc which Vodafone will not provide!!! as they say the phone is unlocked. The phone was purchased 2014 from Tesco direct as a Vodafone pay-as-u-go phone.


I am hoping somebody can help me break this infuriating circle.

Thanks for your replies, The phone - htc desire 310. Why should I pay when Vodafone should do for free. How is a 3rd party going to break the circle?

Well you could pay £1.15 and get it real quick or you could carry on going round in circles with Vodafone. You claim to have been trying for over 4 weeks now so the choice is yours.

code is usually by ebay messenger and/or email

Chap has come back saying the IMEI code is not found! Strange, as I have checked the code by looking inside the phone where it is printed. Have I just lost a quid.

means its not found in unlockers data base

double check by pressing

*#06# on ur phone keyboard

Done that, and I get the same IMEI as printed inside.
