Vodafone not playing ball!!

Hi, have carried out a factory reset - android updated. No change with giffgaff SIM installed, asked to 'enter SIM ME Lock (NP)' just as before. Can anybody tell what code I require??? Its not a nuc code as Vodafone tell me the phone is unlocked???

What is this code and where do I get it Its a giffgaff SIM and o2 network. I am totally confused now!!!

Hi Lee,


After weeks of frustration and communication with your CEO I finally got my nuc code which thankfully unlocked my phone!! How come a company like Vodafone can trade with such incompetence shown to me. Is it company policy to delay providing nuc info - I wonder!!


I think I deserve some explanation as to why Vodafone maintained my phone was unlocked when after all it was not!
