"Hattie" - I asked in branch once, if they could help me delete all those 0 balance e-saver accounts. They were unable to help! Despite using the "close account" option when emptying a matured RS another one pops up! Perhaps consider it a badge of honour for having benefited from all those RS`s!

Account closed and proceeds transferred. I am sure that on previous occasions, the money was not in my nominated account until the day after maturity.
All my withdrawals from Virgin RS accounts have arrived in my Santander current account within a couple of hours at the most.

If you want to laugh at anyone, laugh at me...I inadvertently closed my RS16 before realising my mistake and closing the e-saver 28. 🤣🤣 Nothing much lost as it matures next month so it'll only be pennies, just annoyed with myself.

Bumping up again for tonight's maturity

These will be our last 2 maturing reg savers.   I had a club Lloyds one today, and after tomorrow that's it!!

We've not bothered with them of late due to the low rates.  Gave up chasing every last one!

My accounts spreadsheet is going to be looking a bit sparse!!!
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)

I can remember not too long ago that I'd only look at regulars that paid more than 2%. That soon went down to 1.5% and now I'm at 1%.
I guess it depends on how much cash you've got but 1% is still better than most other accounts out there and with club lloyds being fixed we'll definitely be renewing.

Once my Virgin 16 matures I don't have any more regular savers maturing until September, so the latest maturities will fund my existing ones. I didn't take up the Virgin  issues 17 or 18; I do have issues 19 and 20, plus the two home buyer ones, and another 16 regular savers.

I have a bumper crop maturing in December and I'm not sure I'll still have my savings accounts at 0.55% to put the proceeds in, so I will keep putting money into 1% regular savers if there are any still around.

Hopefully I'll be able to start spending money on holidays soon.

My account is already showing as a 'Easy Access E-Saver Reward 28' with the interest as 'uncleared'.

I checked my account earlier and everything was ok.Tonight I've tried to access the website but I've not been getting the authentication code to log on as I was earlier. Now I'm being prevented from logging in and will need to contact them in the morning to sort it out. I know my details are correct as my customer ID pre fills on my phone, and my password details certainly have not changed.

I really like the app for the MPlus accounts and I wish all the Virgin  accounts were on the same platform.
