    All sent now. I actually received an email back form the infamous "carol" from parking appeals today today with a defence believe it or not, was very similar to mine but a lot less personal. She also asked for a further £30 to take the matter further once I had emailed the defence so I think I'll be ignoring that one.

    Other than that, thank you all for your up so far and I'll update as soon as I hear further

    Can only assume it's some sort of tactic. I'd now be panicking seeing as there is only a few hours left and I'd be forced to pay the extra to carry on. Good job i found this forum

    Received a "directions questionnaire" yesterday and Got to be honest. I'm absolutely baffled at what it is. The client (claimant) has chose not to mediate and is ready to listen to any payment proposals I put forward? They've sent me a questionnaire that they have already filled out

    Well I've gone and done it now . Received a court date, wrote it down in my diary and 2 days ago decided to read through the whole letter. What an idiot.

    Think I'm screwed now
