Thought I’d share the full timeline for anyone else going through the journey
DIP confirmed 28/8
Full app submitted 2nd September
Back and forth with relevant info - statements etc
Valuation completed 26th September
Mortgage offer received in the post 8/10
So just over 5 weeks from app to offer ��

Ours is due to be ready Feb 2020 how about yours? Have you exchanged yet or been told when it will be likely?

Ours will be in 8 weeks December 13th.. we are waiting for the contracts to come from rochdale council as it's a new phase the contracts aren't ready yet but keepmoat said they should be soon.

No not exchanged yet that’s the next wait lol just waiting on the paperwork from solicitors but I’m not sure how long that takes hopefully won’t be long! Aww that’s fab you’ll be on for Xmas!

Went up to take a picture of the build the other day it's just on the second floor so wont be long before the roof is on.

Jid134 ours seems to have slowed down but then we have some really bad weather here. Have you exchanged now? We exchanged last week but now it’s just a waiting game feb can’t come quick enough lol

What do you do on exchange? Our weather has been good we are up to the top out and roof.

We just went to the solicitors and signed the mortgage deed etc but they will post out for you to do too if you would rather. I had a call then in the afternoon to say we had exchanged. There is a 10 day window though with the mortgage offer to give you time to decide and it does say if you want to give up the 10days you can let the solicitor know so we did that to push ahead with exchange. Good news that your on track 😊
