I have had the refund email. :mad: They took my money on the 1st November for 2 sets. I have emailed a complaint to virgin and also emailed Watchdog. The link is below if anyone else wants to. The more the merrier.

AFAIK Virgin Megastore is now owned by Zavvi and the virgin megastore website will soon dissappear and be replaced by Zavvi.

According to their terms and conditions, they claim if a price error has occured they will contact you and explain, and then either proceed or cancel and refund.

Well they cancelled and refund but where is the explination????

I have given them until Monday to send it - will report to trading standards as if they take actual money they are accepting that price and are legally bound to honour it whatever the T and Cs state

Also if we get no joy we should all report to TS because some companies deflate prices to get customers and their details and this is certainly a possibility - however nice Richard appears at the front
