I've just had an email too with a refund notification. When I checked it yesterday it was being processed.

There's no explanation why I was refunded, but I can't even access the website!

Same here, taken money and now have a mail saying its been refunded (but it isn't showing on my credit card yet)...will also try to call on Monday

I agree with all you say. I have emailed them, not expecting a reply though. I too will phone them on Monday.

I think you will get a reply, but it will be one of those standard responses which doesn't answer the question. Would be interested to hear what they say. I too am going to phone them on Monday. I think it's unfair that some people have received it and others haven't.

Here's what I've put in

I wish to ask why payment was taken and my order cancelled and refunded with no explanation? This is against the law (Sales of Goods Act), you have taken payment which forms a legal contract, which means you must supply the goods.
