They said that if I choose not to pay within 14 days it "will be passed to either The TNC Dept recovery or Gladstone's solicitors".

    Thanks for the reply!

Ignore Armtrac unless they do issue a small claim. Very beatable.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Back here as this is still going...
Just was contacted (mail, text, call and post) by a company B-W*L E G A L asking me to contact them regarding a "personal business matter". On the call i just said I can't talk now and advised to call later.
Any ideas what's that and advice on how should i respond/what should i say? I find it absolutely weird to ignore it (against my nature) but from the forum understand the point...
    Thanks a lot!

Yes block the number, or tell them to FO if they call again.

The regulars will know, but is it too late to complain to wherever you were visiting?

If it is not too late to make a landowner complaint, i.e. a demand that they get the charge cancelled, you would surely have very good grounds for that demand! Not only the misleading and meddlesome 'reassurance' you were given at the time of the parking event, but all the harassment since. What was this place?

it was a parking place in St Ives (called "tiny car park on google maps). I asked Armtrac for Landlord details and/or to get him involved in the dispute but they would not share this info. Someone told me that i could check land register but i am not sure how to do it and also i live quite far from the place (to be honest, I did not research a lot on it and rely only on the info from this forum to get an advice on how to tackle the problem.

It's never too late to tell the landowner of the result of employing a scammer
