    I've always thought that was very unfair of them. One of my cousins was born the day after boxing day.

    She generally gets little things she wants for Christmas and then something big for her Birthday.... Although she apparently gets some great gift sets!
    Current debt - £16,300 :(
    Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek:
    :ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A

  • I'm at a loss really, I wanted a very MSE chrimbo, never buy for Adults anyway, except give them a photo of the kids, which they probably hate, because they have to put it up :rotfl:
    Only buy for the children in the family, then only spend about £15-20 each, more for my 2 though.
    But, my Mum died this year, only 66 & I've invited my Dad & my 93 year old Nana!
    I'm quite nervous too, cooking for everyone & worried what the atmosphere will be like.
    Xmas eve would have been thier 50th wedding anniversary too.
    I'm thinking about £400??? yuk that sounds awful............hey but as I now realise you only get one life:T I will be able to afford it, without putting it on credit, just won't be able to clear as much as usual.
    IA don't listen to people that just are just hateful, not neccesary, especially when you seem such a lovely family person:D
    Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner :beer:

    Married my best friend 15/4/16 :)
