I'm happily pottering about whilst wearing jeans, a T-shirt and, best of all, a cardigan and fluffy slippers. Still got the windows open, though.

BM on again. Seems like a lot of uses, but it's still cost less than the price of one sliced loaf. Think I might bung a casserole on to take advantage of the cooler weather whilst it's here, too.


Just need to quickly wipe over the hob before I start and then I get on with peeling some spuds.

Since my last post I have dusted the dusty bits in our bedroom, s&sd the bathroom, hoovered and swept through the house, put rubbish out and had a very quick walk with the dogs.

Bungalow has been vacuumed, despite presence of two extremely nosy Cavapoos. :DWe actually got wet on this morning's walkies, too!

Need to blitz the bath lift in a bit - it's minging.

Dusty bits in the Lr are no more, the dogs have treats in their treat jar again and an ear has been sown back on a dog toy.

not impressed with OH.. I've been in bed in pain again today and he has bugled off to work without a care.. fk us so long as the random oinkers get their carvery right???

I am proud of his work ethic but right now I need some TLC and the children supervising because I'm really struggling.. and we know how often I say these things! I just want to feel like I'm important too I guess.



6.5lb lost this week. but you know its fine.. trot off to work..

Oh Pigpen feeling important? Yeah thats me. DH been laid on his back on the sofa nearly all day. DS1 been out to see friends. DS2 has been halping but is now exhausted.

Meanwhile I have hoovered, done laundry, cleaned DS loo, made lasagne, done admin, filed paperwork etc etc. I am not important enough to deserve a damned Sunday off clearly. And there is more to do.

And HB and Valli hugs both. Hard when grown up kids offload their problems onto you and there is nothing you can do.

Well better go and serve up this lasagne. Might as well put on a Downton Abbey style pinny and curtsey at them.
