    Now, when is your hearing - do you have a date - and if so, when does that same court letter say both parties MUST serve & file Witness Statements and evidence?

    Yes, court date is end of Jan. The new court has requested our defence again as Northampton didn't send it. We need to get it to them next week.

    Can I change my defence to include the nappy change instead of breast feeding?

    Can I change the defence for free or was I misinformed by the court?

    You cannot change a defence free.

    You haven't answered my question about the date for you to do your WS an evidence.

    Nope, theyre not legally trained and you should not rely on their advice
    A judge has to agree to an amendment
    This costs £100 for papers £255 if you want it in person
    Ifyou dont file this application, youre risking 1) the court objecting to your amended defence and/or 2) the claimant doing so.
