If I am reading this right you are trying to get back £1200 from a motor trader. This thread is for flight delay compensation. If you find the proper post for your query I am sure you will get some expert advice.0

No justice, the now motor trader is some dodgy character who had a shot as a flight delay recovery company. But iallegedly it appears that he/she never paid out when the compensation arived....If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

I am claiming for the compensation that I should have been given from his delayed flight company. He was paid it back in 2018 and I never received it. He ignored my emails. I’m just worried that I’ll send the sheriffs and they’ll say there is nothing because there is a new business in the premises.0

Help wigwam...did you get your payment in the end?0

Yes.
Sent a cheque that bounced then when I emailed copying the court in that I would look to pursue the proceedings unless I had money within 48 hours they BACs it within 30min
Have you submitted an MCOL? Nothing happened until I went legal then they tried "you'll lose" track but just waited it out0 -
