Presumably the claim isn’t stopped until I withdraw it, which I do after the cheque has cleared.
Then I get onto TS....

There's a thing. Can't say I'm surprised.
Call/email - cash cleared in your account within 48 hours or its back to court and judgement by default.
Sherriff's should have fun.

Yup they responded almost by return email saying they have no idea why it’s bounced and oh look we’ll do BACS like you asked for in first place.
I think I’ll wait a bit before confirmation that it’s real in case it accidentally gets recalled...

I am glad you are starting to get sorted.
I have had the same issue with 2 flights for 4 people since 2017 and they haven’t replied to me yet the airlines have both confirmed that they have sent them the money!
I know you had a lot of steps in the process I was just wondering if you could list what the final push was to get them to pay out. Thanks

Hi guys,

I am in the same position... I contacted DelayedFlights.com back in May 2015. I was emailed in November 2016 saying the claim was successful and was happy with the result. This was followed by an email saying it would be paid out typically in 30-90 days.

I have had the same correspondance saying when we get paid ill get paid etc and has been back and forward until 2018. June was the last time I received and email from then.

I have since contact United Aiirlines via Resolver who have confirmed the compensation was paid on 16th November 2016 to DelayedFlights.com.

They do not reply to me now... what do i do?
