All I'm saying is that if you are standing there, it isn't that hard to say, "Excuse me, I have a return. Could you please help me?" It really isn't that difficult.

I think Dawnydee was just offering her opinion and as chocolatechipcookies wasn't the only one to tell me I should have said something/coughed etc I wasn't over the moon at the repetiveness either! But you didn't see it that way........:rolleyes:

I'm giving my opinion, one must expect that sort of thing when posting on a public forum.
