According to Save Water Save Money, the gadgets could cut water and energy bills by £100+ if you've a meter. Even if you don't, they're still worth it because by reducing your water use, they cut the energy you use to heat water.

Just checked out the Water Saving Freebies offered by Dwr Cwmru. Nothing is available - all showing as currently out of stock. I checked the same a few months ago and it was a similar situation.
