You must surely be able to tell the parking company to cancel this speculative invoice, as they are hired by yourselves.

Also, not "penalty notices", as that would be illegal. Only councils can issue those. It is a parking charge notice, commonly used name is an "Invoice".

Hello all.

I received a similar letter to the previous one a few weeks but with 'Final Reminder' at the top, so ignored that.

I also have received another letter today (please see below) and it doesn't seem to mention either LBC or an MCOL.

Shall I just ignore it?

I just wanted to keep you updated and so I know I'm doing everything correctly.
