Good morning and thanks again Chris for the chart,
STS for me this week, I really need to try harder I'm definately not eating enough speed and some extra HEB are sneaking their way in too.
Off on holiday at the weekend so will have a big push for whats left of the week and keep my fingers crossed for at least 1lb but it's not the end of the world, i'm still a lot lighter than I was in the past.0 -
-6lbs for me please. Pleased with that for my first weigh in! Bit late in posting, weigh in was Saturday x
That's brilliant, well done you! :j:j:j:j:j:jgreentiger wrote: »Hi, everyone, I'm back - with a 1lb loss! That's never happened on holiday before!
Well done!!!! :T :T :TGood to see you back greentiger A loss after a holiday must be a first! :T
Don't want to confuse you sky but have you heard of the old Green plan? SW don't advertise it any more but it's ideal for a veggie menu. Put briefly, if you don't have any meat or fish you can have 2 HEAs and 2 HEBs. So some of your milk and cheese won't have to be synned.
Thanks maman, I'll bear that in mind if I struggle with syns on my veggie days. :T2022. 2% MF challenge. £730/30000 -
Kathrynha, I'm glad the hot weather isn't making things worse this time. Hopefully it's a sign that your kidneys are slowly recovering.
Food today:
B: fruit and yogurt
L: Ryvitas (B) and quark, apple
Chicken stir fry, sugar free jelly (1)
S: milk in drinks (A)2022. 2% MF challenge. £730/30000 -
Wow!
Well done B17c.....
Well done to all the losers.
Thanks for the chart Chris.
I was naughty last night and had cider followed by chocolate.......
Melon and yoghurt for breakfast.
Beef salad for lunch.
Quorn chilli in slow cooker for T.

That's good advice for all of us curlgirl, not just for SW but for our overall health.:)Off on holiday at the weekend so will have a big push for whats left of the week and keep my fingers crossed for at least 1lb but it's not the end of the world, i'm still a lot lighter than I was in the past.
Thanks for posting that majorica. I think we can be too hard on ourselves, fretting over a few pounds and ignoring all the positives. Have a great holiday when it comes and then come back refreshed and ready to push on.:)I was naughty last night and had cider followed by chocolate........
I've been struggling as it's been hot and sunny ever since I got back from my holiday and I keep wanting chilled white wine. I'd got in the habit of rose at lunchtime, G&T as an aperitif, wine with dinner.....:(
EE plan for today:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix with HEA milk, strawberries and banana
L: something to use up some bacon. Frittata, omelette?
savoury mince with new potatoes, cauli, broccoli and cabbage
Syns: none0 -
Well after my first week of SW,I have gone from 14stone 1 to 13 stone 9.5lbs!! Seriously chuffed.
I have played a lot of tennis, done quite a bit of walking and been jogging too.Its a good start, but I know there will be disappointing weeks ahead.
I hope to lose 1 stone in around 8 weeks....0 -
