Hope you don't get into too much trouble at the hospital kathrynha.:)
Would your DH have a snack to keep him going until a later dinner time? When my DDs were younger they had something late afternoon (like 4pm. having had lunch at school at 12) so they could wait for DH and I to have dinner about 7.My food today:
B: Mixed berries and ff yogurt
L: Ryvita (B) with quark, appleLentil lasagne (8) and mixed salad
S: Milk in drinks (A)
I know it's hot but that doesn't look like much food during the daytime sky. I'd starve. Just curious, is it cheese making the lasagne 8 syns?
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix, HEA milk, strawberries and banana
L: cold meat, fried LO veg, picklesbaked salmon, SW chips, asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms
Syns: NONE!!0 -
Another week. Good luck everyone0

Thanks maman, I would eat more if I got hungry in-between but I've been fine so far. The cancer treatments have messed up my metabolism, so "less is more" IYSWIM.
The syns are in the cheese sauce, I'm egg intolerant and dislike the texture of cottage cheese so it's easier to stick to a (yummy!) milk/flour/cheese sauce and syn it.2022. 2% MF challenge. £730/30000 -

Hi everyone! Well I for one am not waiting for cooler weather to have a stew - I'm using up all the oldest things in the freezer this week
Today:
B - Granola and mullerlight
D - Two boiled eggs, cold new potatoes, grated carrot and smoked beetroot (1), spinach, cucumber, cherry tomatoes
S - Apple, pomegranate and passionfruit
T - Lemon chicken casserole (1)
Syns - 2 as above, coconut oil 2, sugar in coffee 5, hot choc later on 2 = 11
I try not to eat too late as it makes me wake up ravenous the next day! I find a low cal hot choc fills a hole around bedtime, and is a nice sweet treat to boot.
Thanks Chris for the chart and well done Sirens!
Glad you are feeling happier Lush.
Thanks for the recipe Maman - I ended up just having them plain and cold in the end. My friend posted her lunch on instagram today though and she'd made potatoes with minted peas sort of mashed around them like a salady thing - looked lovely.
I was about to come on here and brag about having a SW ready meal on Saturday night instead of going for a takeaway, but then remembered it was because I'd drunk so much wine I couldn't driveI did manage a good blitz of the kitchen in my sozzled state though so that was good (Yes, I know how to party).
