Box Error code just google it or BT community forums . Some are simple fix others not so .
cheers but sadly it isn't a quick fix. Case manager removed the chargeable Sports and Kids and forgot to reapply them.
At this rate i'm gonna be in profit..........need to give up your job to keep on top of this lots mistakes!!
ps-they're now deducting this months Kids and Sports prices off my account. Please no more deductions......i value my time more.....just get it right!!! Please BT!!0 -
BT has broken the contract by raising prices mid-contract so no early leaving penalty. Phone BT and they will confirm.aaronhughes45 wrote: »Hi, i am leaving BT as they couldn't give we a good offer last night, this morning i have an email saying i am going to be charged £68 for leaving.... is this correct i thought it was penalty free0 -
Probably a cease charge, you need to tell them you are switching to another supplier not leaving.0

Just called and got through to the Value team - is this the same as the loyalty team? Spoke to 3 different people and all said I'm on the best package available which is £29.99 for Superfast Fibre 1 (52mbps).0

You would not believe the hassle i've had with this lot since the weekend...seriously you wouldn't....my own stupid fault for phoning them and thinking it would be trouble free negotiating a new deal!! More fool me ..should have known from previous experience. Anyway, complaint is sitting with Exec Level Complaints team and to be honest i haven't looked forward to such a call in a long time!!0

Has anyone got 21.99 recently?
I just tried to make several calls and the best I could get on my parents/brothers accounts were £23.99/month..
I asked them to leave an note saying this was offered on the account..0 -

Not for me...i asked a couple of weeks ago after agreeing to the 23.99 and they said no as i had agreed to the 23.99 and i was outwith my 14 days to cancel, which is fair enough. However, they've made a right mess with my first bill so i used this as leverage and got a £30 credit which brings it pretty close over 18 months.
I think the moral of the story here is i jumped in too quick, even though i got a decent deal, and guys that hung on started quoting NOW TV i think?? for £20 and they started getting the 21.99
ps- that's my Sport and Kids back working after they accidently removed them.....only took them 10 days!! It's a decent enough service WHEN it works but if you hit any problems then good luck with that......if my experiences over the years are anything to go by you'll need it!!!0 -
Sadly, when they are busy you end up diverted to overseas and you can only hang up so many times. Also, i've learned to discuss very little with overseas operators as they usually can't help you.
What concerns me more is that most of my problems and broken promises were actually carried out by UK staff? Anyway, sorry to digress, just a bit miffed with that lot still.0 -
Due to life getting in the way and me and forgetting about the price hike I am now outside the 30 days notice to cancel without penalty.
Is it worth me calling and trying to get a better deal anyway?
Currently paying £32.49 for fibre one and line rental, minus whatever the discount is for paying line rental upfront. Reading this thread it seems people are getting this for a tenner less so I'm not happy, especially now they are going to hike it again. They sent an email offering to keep price the same but that means another 18 month contract.0
