It is walking distance to the pubs and restaurants on Strand on the Green, but you have to walk along the North Circular, as there is no other place to cross the railway line, and it's 1.4 miles to Turnham Green Terrace.

PL's surveyor only ended up suggesting putting in a few more acro props not exactly discounting the existing acro prop solution that was already in place

The area is not as noisy as portrayed on the programme, they showed the same shot of the tube at least twice.

A 5 bed house converted into bedsits has recently been sold for more than we want to people that want to convert it back into a family home, this is positioned closer to the main road than we are.

It has been next to impossible to get any planning for anything apart for a basement for the property.

The idea of two flats was ruled out, if you owned the bottom flat would you want someone peering at you through the skylights and into your private patio area from the balcony ?

Also, thanks for the critical personal comments we may of been on TV and be asking for it but at the end of the day we are still human beings

Hi Richard!

Welcome to the site!

Yes it does help to hear your points, but....

Sarah does always seem to portray sensible suggestions on screen - certainly she has her fans here - & doesn't try to flirt with viewers, offering quick make over & make money shows. They do seem as factual as an hours prog might be.

As for valuations, well we ALL know how accurate they are - NOT!

The developers brief, is to earn as much £$£$ from a project, as fast & as easy as they can. You don't appear to have followed this route - keen for a house - a HOME it appeared to me - rather than 2 flats, as Sarah thought.

Can't recall any planning issues mentioned during the show. Appreciate this might not be quite so easy, after all the work you've done, to change now.

Anyway, you'll find a buyer eventually & posting on here gets as good a chance of putting it in front of an audience again - lots more people come to this site, than watch PL!!

BTW we can reach the river pubs via a footbridge that is no where near the north circular and drops you straight into Strand on the Green

richardnl has been popping up on more property forums (I've seen him on ghpc), and I assume he's been brave enough to venture onto HPC too, to defend his property ladder appearance and project.

good luck to him, but I doubt the 1.3 million will be reached, and will struggle to hit 7 digits full stop.

Good evening: I searched on Rightmove for Coalbrookdale properties in price range, copied the link and pasted into message....we recognized the location as we have visited the area on many occasions (Shropshire is one of my favourite counties along with Norfolk).

no, i meant how do you always seem to find the properties on rightmove. However having thought about it a bit more, knowing the location and price range must make light work of it!...doh!
