Not trying to influence you in any way, no1duncan but Crashy is, well, Crashy. He has a bit of a theme going. It goes something like, "Don't buy a house, don't buy a flat, don't buy a shed, don't..." You get the idea?0 -
It's looks nice overall. Presented well downstairs, clean. Looks like you've spent money on nice kitchens and bathrooms even if their being dark may put some people off.
Remove the car from the front gravel. Put some colourful planting in pots or something by front windows. Take photo when the sky is blue and sun out.
Some of the photos e.g. dining room are rather dark, can you lighten or retake.
The shower looks cool.
Could declutter a bit in the brown striped wall bedroom.
The bedroom with the grey/blue wall has an awful pic. Too dark. Put the light off, straighten the blind, try to get a lighter photo.
In bedroom with stripy duvet cover, clear plastic bags from under the bed.
Bedroom light shades look studenty, can you upgrade?
Even so it looks a tidy well maintained house - I like it.0 -

He has been spouting this same rubbish for years... Try to view your house objectively or get someone else too. Is there anywhere you can improve? and importantly have you got the price correct.0 -

No, it is "Don`t buy an over-priced house"
Especially if interest rates are going to rise.0 -

... My bad, I don't think. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::cool:0 -
I like your house. I think the kitchen is fab!
But the photos do let it down. The flare in the garden picture doesn't show off your garden in the best light.
And I know I am being picky, but the last 2 bedroom photos don't do it justice, suggest you jazz up with nicer duvet covers :-)
But on the whole, I would view your house on those pictures up.0 -
Not keen on the way the photos have been taken, the walls look curved in places? It's quite unnatural and off-putting (to me anyway).0

Oddly I rather like the colour of that room, it's very similar to one F&B were peddling on a marketing communication this week (this one if anyone is interested http://www.farrow-ball.com/discover-inchyra-blue/content/fcp-content) but the room does need to by styled rather to carry that colour off.
Personally I never like rooms where the headboard of a bed protrudes above the windowsill, can it be moved to the far wall which may open the look of the room up? And yes, please straighten the blindFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

The second house certainly looks nicer from the road but there are several things about yours including that kitchen and bathroom that I personally love. I have seen houses with nice cars like that one in front of them. There was a show a fair few years back on tv, can't remember what it was called which recommended parking a nice car in the pictures so potential buyers can aspire to be as rich as the current owners.....of course usually its the estate agents car, but it doesn't put me off. Good luck with itAn answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0
