After seeing this I've got a piece of ginger to give a go! It looks like it needs similar conditions to the lemon grass which I rooted 2 years ago and from that original stem I now have 10! Admittedly I haven't harvested it in that time as I wanted to get it established but looks like I will be using it soon!
