Hi !
The current - cheapest phone and broadband deal featured on MoneySavingExpert offers a £100 Amazon voucher for existing EE customers with the following discount code EEHBB10
This code doesn't work any more on clicking the link !
Can someone from MSE look into this pls ?

If you read (like I've just had to) the deal ended yesterday (31/5).0

Hi,
Just posted a new thread, didn't realise there was a better place to have put the information.
Long and short is, if you have an EE/Orange/T-mobile phone contract then broadband/evening and weekend calls AND line rental could be £2.17 pcm equivalent.
...via Quidco, get £130 cashback (expires in 3 days). Chose the option you want that is congruous with the cashback. I chose upfront discounted line rental. This brought my costs to £132 upfront and £2 pcm for 12 months. £130 cashback, which has successfully tracked, means a great deal for me!0 -
The following might be useful for Talktalk customers who have contracts that will expire soon....
I renewed my broadband contract with Talktalk a couple of days ago for an annual cost of £53 (£26 line rental + £2.25 charge x 12 months). I called them to request a MAC with the intention of taking up the current MSE-linked offer for EE. The chap I spoke to basically matched the EE price including the value of the £100 Amazon voucher! No serious haggling involved - I just quoted what the EE costs would be and they matched them directly. Simple, and by sticking with Talktalk I don't have to do anything else.
This is a monthly broadband price of £4.42, which is a fantastic bargain in my opinion. Hope this info helps someone else....0 -
why are isp's still bothering with NAFF usage limits, these days?Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
Sometimes seen lurking on the compers forum :-)0 -
Out of contract with VM so phoned them to say wanted to give up phone line and tv (have second BT line, only got Virgin line for home business which no longer run) and change to Freeview for tv. Just wanted to keep VM broadband.
Got transferred (I think) to Retentions who said if I did that, broadband cost would increase to make total charge only £2 less than paying now as I am benefiting from discounts on a total package and would lose them if I gave up phone and tv.
Best offer was to offer me latest TiVo box for an £2 extra pmonth. Currently paying £64 per month for broadband (60mb cable) and tv (XL) no Sky plus £15 for calls. Have also checked out the latest Big Kahuna offer and it comes to the same as I am currently paying.0 -

As an existing Talktalk customer, I've tried this the past 3 or 4 years and only managed to come near but not as good as, the deal they offer new customers. Was same today - they are adamant they can not give vouchers to existing customers. They offered a £40 credit plus 6months broadband for £3.50 plus 6 months half price giving a total of £11.05/month.
This was nowhere near the £7.29/month for new customers (including the £85 voucher) and even further from the EE £5.16/month net of its £100 voucher.
They kept pushing the line that voucher "sweeteners" are only for new customers; every firm does it and its a vicious circle. I agreed, but couldn't seem to get across that it encourages customers to change providers each year and in my case I was better off to go to EE this year then return to TalkTalk next year. It was ll cordial enough and not aggresive etc, but I ended up with my MAC number and not a match for the EE deal.
Perhaps it depends which member of the cancellation dept you end up talking to - I don't know0 -
