Ah OK, yes I see that is a possibility.
ThanksI wanna be in the room where it happens0 -
Today will be a visit to the city and a search for a pair of full knee length work style wellington boots and some warm, thick boot socks to go in them hopefully in the sales. I shall look for some old fashioned green boots as they should last me a long time rather than the pretty print fashionable ones which seem to fall apart quite easily from what I've heard. Dry feet stay warmer than wet feet don't they?0

My Scouts are pretty vehement on that point, yes. Indeed one leader misjudged the depth of some bog & tested one foot against another. The wet foot was Definitely Colder.0 -
D'you know what, I remembered, vaguely, buying in a pair of yard boots last year and have had a rummage through the bottom of the wardrobe and there they are, lovely brown leather boots, knee high with an elasticated and leather cuff to shape to the calf so I don't need wellies after all, just need to source some wellington type longer socks to wear with them, woohoo"0

First day of the final countdown to Brexit on the 31st January. This is the month to really take stock of what you have laid by in all areas and make good any deficits IF you think there may be any glitches or hitches in the supply chain after we leave the EU officially. Not all of us subscribe to the idea that there may be trouble ahead but those that do have 4 weeks to make provisions they see fit to secure their own futures.0

If you have flour and oil and water you can make flatbreads which incidentally make very good substitutes for lasagne sheets.0
