I might be different because my fluid is heart related but am I correct in thinking that massaging where the lympth nodes are can aid in shifting fluid on?

There is some gentle massage that may help un, but ask the unit that you're with if they can recommend a massage therapist who understands this.

We may as well be prepping for the small chance of Corbyn's lot get in, truly terrifying.

Stepping over the party politics, I think I broadly agree in the context of brexit. If they're going to sort it 'within six months' which is doubtful, then that takes us to June. Another extension, another 'I'm Spartacus' style re-negotiation attempt, another no deal threat. All made worse by a hung parliament and bitter wrecking by the boy cummings...

So the Hollywood version of brexit - in best comic strip tradition please:
Ken Clarke played by Tom Hanks played by Stephen Fry
John Bercow played by Tom Cruise played by Greg Davis
Dominic Cummings played by Quentin Tarantino played by Sean Lock
Boris Johnson played by Johnny Depp played by Josh Widdicombe

Markin I personally think stocking up is best done a couple of bits a week ( or even just put aside a tin or packet that you’ve not used that week will work) I’m starting my Xmas prep this week so probably an Xmas pud in next weeks shop. I start with the long life stuff, then the frozen, then the chocs and biccies ( they need to be later or they will have been eaten well before the big day) then the fresh stuff a couple of days before.
After Xmas I’ll restart my normal prepping so I’ve got a buffer again against bad weather etc
I quite agree that no one should have food in the house but go hungry. Brexit could be a long way away yet.

Unrecordings need's extra care if he want's massage to help with his oedema as the massage therapist would have to have cancer massage training.

Fuddle yes you are right massage can help with shifting lymphatic fluid, you can also find one's who do extra training in lymphatic massage and the is also full body lymphatic moves in EMMETT therapy, I do both before anyone asks.

And Taff is right, ask your doctor or nurse if they have recommendations.

And please check they have insurance and proper training, good one's will not mind you checking this as there is no government check list and anyone can set up as a massage therapist and start charging, I can tell you we spend a lot of time and money with training to keep up to date or specialise in the different types of massage.

Took a while to get that one (ronin if you must know )

Most recent physio is very good but given all the variables it's a case of chipping away at various symptoms & side effects rather concentrating on one thing.

    I have a saying:

Yup - local NHS hospice - sometimes at odds with my oncologist, but hey ho...

I've been offered the option of being locked in a room for a day with a surly nurse and a box of military grade water tablets, but I'm trying the gentle dandelion route first. For a start it helps tackle the fatigue too

Good to hear unrecordings, all NHS hospice therapist have to be FHT or CHC registered to work for the NHS, which are voluntary regulatory bodies that check we are insured and trained properly.
