I sent the launch bonus email as soon as my money left the nominated account but see now the account does not get funded until 18.6. I have sent Raisin a secure message asking whether I will need to send email again after this date.

Please let us know their response as I did the same and sent email as soon as I hadn't sent funds. Have you had the "we've opened a support ticket" response to your claim email as at least I have had that?

I waited until my account was funded and just got the standard automated response and nothing since. It seems those who have emailed prematurely will probably not have their email picked up until after their account is funded so I doubt it is necessary to resend.

Yes got the response email saying they would reply in 24 to 48 hours but have not heard anything. I might just send the bonus email again after the 18.6 if I have not heard anything from my secure message.

I've sent it twice - once before funding and another after.

No response from either but I've got their auto response and will use that should it not be paid in the future.

I see they record the profit on a daily basis and so far since yesterday when the funds were invested I have 5p on my £1,000 investment.

Same here after 5 days is showing 27p.

Funny how despite saying "not interest" but "profit", this column is headed "Accrued Interest"
