I got Now Fab Fibre last month and broadband speeds are not good.
Their line check and my bandwidth test were showing I should get 23Mbps but they are just tests.

My Samsung Smart TV decided that I don't have enough bandwidth and configured YouTube app to 720p can't increase that.
I suspect Now just throttles (traffic shaping).

Cancelled my account in cooling off period and looking for new provider.
One of these may be Plusnet/Vodafone/Postoffice ?

Was the tv hard wired or wifi.....if wifi thats your problem loads of interference doing test

been with now tv for a year. contract expires this month.
£20/month I was paying. going up to £35.99.
i've been happy with the service, but will look around.
also maybe see if there are any retention deals.

You just need to contact them and ask for a new deal. The current new customer deal of £25/mth for standard Fibre should be available to you. Also ask about free calls and TV pass offers (if you are interested in that).

It's unlikely that swapping from one service based on BT Openreach infrastructure to another based on the same infrastructure will make much of a difference to your BB speeds.

Before Now I had Vodafone and didn't have any issues with internet speeds.

The line itself can support up to 35Mbps, I spoke to Openreach aswell.

Now ppl kept on repeating "under the contract minimum guaranteed sped is 17Mbps so, what is the problem"

Tried both, now its on wired connection.
And Samsung YouTube app is not helping either, it configures itself to 720p, and it was verified by Samsung support team.

NowTV do not traffic shape or throttle in any form whatsoever. Plusnet/Vodafone/Postoffice all have worse customer service than NowTV.
