I would not pay for the ex to go on holiday. If she wants a holiday she can pay like the rest of us do!

When I divorced my ex, I didn't expect him to give anything towards holidays for myself and the kids. He didn't even give them spending money.

Say that you'll fund it only if you can come too...see how much she wants it then. If you are paying for it, you want to experience it with your kids as well ;-)
