Blue have you read the Met hotel thread couple of posts saying they honouring the bookings:j oh happy days:j Now thats a birthday present:D:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

One post mentioned being able to swap the dates, so you may have the option of swapping it to our London meet up dates or a special anniversary for you and OH:D;). The hotel may be offering this to spread the losses over the year rather than all on one night

I have a remedy for him not being able to sleep on his own, you can always have a little brother or sister to keep him company:D:rotfl::rotfl: :rotfl: Now I didn't say you would like the option:D:D:D:eek: but hay it worked for my DS1 we had a nightmare he screamed and hollared for months about being left in bedroom on his own DS2 arrived in moses basket straight away just by him being aware someone else was in the room calmed him. Mind you not a cheap option:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I started being violently sick with a banging headache and after reading a comment in a thread I started which is in the pet forum we were worried about carbon monoxide poisioning. Ended up calling an ambulance, fire engine came and national grid. No heati g and hot water now. Waiting for my boiler to be checked.

:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: Oh my God if it is to turn out this was the cause, Thank God you are OK as might have been a different outcome and maybe your 2 birds have saved your life. A friend of the family lost an 18year old son to this it was just awful for them all. He was helping getting a house ready there was no heating so they decided to use a patio heater he was found dead the next morning.:(:(:(.
