Got a call this afternoon from Booking.com all bookings at Metropole being honoured and can change to any date of our choosing what an absoloute bargain. Can't wait 2 nights 2 rooms in 5* Park Lane Mayfair all for £72. Think would have preferred an email rather than a call thou as then would have it in writing. I am so glad I went on quick grabbit as soon as I woke up yesterday morning and gave this a go:D:rotfl:

Sounds Fab TS. Did you get chance to experience the bus system it is brilliant and so reasonable you can pay think it was £3.45 for the whole day and can travel anywhere and the buses were so regular we used them to go to the Zoo to see the Pandas be warned thou the Zoo on very steep hills. If you get the chance to go in Dec they have the German Christmas Market & the Highland Villiage in Princes Street Gardens, we love this very Christmassy but can be extremely busy at weekend so maybe can enjoy more in middle of week. :beer:

Happy Birthday Blue – hope you have had a great day. My turn in a month, but will hopefully be away for the week with OH. One of the advantages of him being retired is that we can go away mid week as I only work at the beginning of the week. Just feels so naughty the 2 of us going away mid week.

PM hope you are doing ok today make sure you get boiler looked at

Not been on much today and prob won't be for a few day as little man having a bad time he has 4 big teeth all coming thru at same time and he has not been sleeping well at night which is making him super clingy during the day so I can't put him down or move 2 foot from him all day, he also has dropped his nap so he isn't sleeping during day either which is really hard work as he is really tired which is tirin me out too and making him very hard work

Off for another early night as little jus calpol will wear off at about midnight and the screaming will no doubt start (so we have to move ds1 out the room and into our bed). This has been goin on since Xmas when I gave up feeding him milk and part of me is wondering if he is punishing me for stopping (and I miss it too )

Oh carp bedtime now I'm getting tired and upset
