My main point I'll be putting to the judge is that I wasn't in-fact 'parked' for the alleged overstay.0 -
Are you using PoFA as a defence point? (i.e. they're taking the keeper to court but haven't complied with the requirements of PoFA to transfer liability from driver to keeper). If yes then your point will be that "the vehicle" wasn't parked.....0
