Lil-me great to hear some happy news
Vanilla hope you feel better soon hun

Not getting at all far. Stripped 2 beds and washing on the line, done breakfast and lunch.

Feeling very tearful and anxious today. I really suffer with a huge fear of cancer, which I find very overwhelming at times. One of my friends at the bonfire last night was telling me about 3 members of their family who are suffering at the moment and it has set me off on one of my worry feasts so I have hardly slept at all. I keep trying to think positve but find it doesn't really work.

great to have you back lil_me great news about little matthew

    dusty -
i know what you mean. big hugs.

well, been to work, session went well, spent more than intended at sainsburys, partly due to buying OH some beer. i can't resist treating him!

i've been feeling headachey since i woke up, paracetomol didn't work so i've taken some decongestant which seems to be helping. i seem to be getting a lot of sinus pain recently. oh well, could be worse. gonna phone friend now, hear all her gossip then finish the evening invites. got my dress fitting tomorrow so i need to get shoes, bra etc together for that and then find someone to come with me - one friend was meant to be but she is notoriously unreliable and has said she might not be able to so i need to ask someone else - really don't want to go alone! am really worried dress won't fit as i've put on weight - still, plenty of time to sort it out, best to face it and know i think - it might give me the motivation i need!!!

Hello Lil_me - great to hear from you and fantastic news about baby Matthew.
Hope you're not too bruised Michelle.
Well done on your supply teaching job...I hope there's some work prepared for you.

We're all stuck in the living room whilst DH fits the new floor in the hall. If we need the loo we have to go out of the conservatory, through the back garden, into the kitchen and then through to the loo! We're going to watch a christmas movie next.

Glad i'm not the only one to shave animals Pigpen...i've just given the guinea pig a hair cut!

I've just placed an order for stocking filler stuff with Hawkin's Bazaar. I love that website. Post and packing would have been £4.99 until I googled a voucher and got it for free. I love this site for the money it's saved me.

I put a fab stew in the slow cooker this morning so we're having a tasty tea. For lunch we had 'rumage in the freezer and see what we can find'. We had chicken nuggets, sausage rolls, onion rings, yorkshire pudding, pototo wedges and spouts! Yum yum!

Hugs to all, speak soon xx
