    I did try to find a pic of a female onion seller but couldn't so I had to make to with the one I posted.

    What point do you think you are making with this? At some other time than the accident she has broken a law, so you should not have to pay for the damage that you did? She’s a foreigner, so you should not have to pay for the damage you did?

    I think the OP was more thinking along the lines of getting a photo of them driving without tax or MOT then if they play silly games demanding ridiculous amounts for the damage, they can retaliate with a threat to the police and photographic evidence of their law breaking.

    The OP seemed more than happy with the original quote.
    Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
    Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

    No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
