Work colleague belittled/bullied

How many times have you told a work colleague you earn more than them?
Maybe he was stating he earn £14 more than her,so to give her the nod that is what she could be earning when she learns more about the job.
Ive worked with apprentice chippies when im on the Telehandlers on site and it can be banter when you tell them your on £17 an hour and you earn more on your lunch than they do in nearly 5 hours of graft...they do chuckle and call you a so and so and how they wish they could kill you slowly, but thats life...they know in a couple of years they will be earning a damn sight more than me,its all about how its said and how its taken.0 -
