The manager is now becoming very defensive with me and I stated you don!!!8217;t need to explain anything to me as I ain!!!8217;t your boss, fake tears all started to rain and the manager locked themselve away for the rest of the day... I believe the manager is shocked that I have reported this issue and that someone has balls to do this as no one does.

    "I ain't your muvva!"

    Oh sorry, boss.

Anyway, you reported it to your boss who is waiting for the other manager to come into work to talk to her yet you also have managed to have a barney with the manager who isnt in work yet for the other manager to speak to yet was in work to cry and lock herself in a bathroom all afternoon?

    ohhhhhhhhkaaaaaaaay then.

No the manager who I went to is awaiting the apprentice to return to work.

That's why the Manager's paid so much more than you!

Lovely, expressive use of the English language. Putting an asterisk in place of a letter might beat the swear filter but is still swearing.

Sounds like you bullied/belittled the manager to make them cry, i hope you now go and report yourself :rotfl:

So the managers just talk "crap" in meetings all day and you do the "work", yet they get paid much more than you. Maybe you should use that as justification to get a pay rise :rotfl:
