edit the first post and remove any hint of who was driving , that is your first task

what happened on the day happened to the DRIVER

what happened SINCE that day happened to the KEEPER

read post #4 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread

also put ZZPS QDR into the forum search box and read similar threads

the PPC has 6 years to try a court claim, so come back if you get a formal LBC or an MCOL in the post

and in future, no blabbing online , which can only help these par@sites when they use screenshots of foolish blabbers blabbing on the internet

don't worry ... you soon get used to it all ......

so as well as reading the newbie thread

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822/newbies-private-parking-ticket-old-or-new-read-these-faqs-first-thankyou

have a watch / read of the below to see what MP's think of all this ...

    https://hansard.parliament.uk/commons/2018-02-02/debates/CC84AF5E-AC6E-4E14-81B1-066E6A892807/Parking(CodeOfPractice)Bill

''Rip-offs from car park Cowboys must stop''; unfair treatment; signage deliberately confusing to ensure a PCN is issued; ''years of abuse by rogue parking companies''; bloodsuckers; ''the current system of regulation is hopeless, like putting Dracula in charge of the blood-bank''; extortionate fines; rogue operators; ''sense of injustice''; unfair charges and notices; wilfully misleading; signage is a deliberate act to deceive or mislead; ''confusing signs are often deliberate, to trap innocent drivers''; unreasonable; a curse; harassing; operating in a disgusting way; appeals service is no guarantee of a fair hearing; loathed; outrageous scam; dodgy practice; outrageous abuse; unscrupulous practices; ''the British Parking Association is as much use as a multi-storey car park in the Gobi desert''; and finally, by way of unanimous conclusion: ''we need to crack down on these rogue companies. They are an absolute disgrace to this country. Ordinary motorists and ordinary residents should not have to put up with this''.

These are the exact words used, so you should quote them to your MP in a complaint and ask him/her to contact Sir Greg Knight MP if he wants further information about this scam.

    Thanks Ralph.

Heads spinning at the moment I'll have a read now and just use this forum as a source of guidance. Nothing in my first post says anything it shouldn't does it?

as you will read debt collectors have only one comment from us ... 'ignore'

you need to read to see if the letter from QDR is a real 'letter before action '

    as for your doubts .....

    where the signs clear ?

well they can not have been 'cos' you did not see them .....

there are many other points such as this .... that you will find with further reading ...

    good luck

post #1 still needs editing a bit more

to help , do not use any of the following blabber words

    "MY , ME , MYSELF & I"

only use the 2 words of the DRIVER and the KEEPER

ignore the debt letters, learn to sit on your hands

come back for advice at LBC or MCOL stage

meanwhile , read all the advice I pointed you at

'A bit more' didn't mean removing the whole shooting match!

Now we have no idea what your issue is!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi all, back here again. I'm normally pretty strong minded but this issue has come back and is causing huge stress at an already stressed time in my life of preparing to sell and move house. Feel like I've made wrong decisions thus far.

I've received a LOC from BW legal, I've just spent 2 hours scrolling through pages and pages trying not to have to resort to posting.

I have a simple request, where would I find Premier Park Limited email address to send a SAR to? I think I'm following the steps correctly.

    Many thanks
