Redx, thank you, I have just done as you've said.

They responded almost instantly with their request of more information so I'm expecting to get another response back form them fairly shortly and see what they come back with.

Additionally I've had a email back from BWL who came back when I emailed them about the SAR and requesting a hold with (is this normal?);

Anyone? is there anything there they are requesting that I shouldn't be giving them?

They need stuff like your name and address. They may need a copy of your V5c. Don't give them stuff like your passport details.

They had all the information, they sent letters so had my name and address, when I asked for the case to be put on hold I put both BW legal and PPL case numbers. I went back to them saying I was unsure why they where requesting this information when they already had it but for clarity please see below, then listed it all apart from the phone number which they don't need.

They had it all anyway, apart from phone number

If that's all they want them give it them again, except the telephone number.

Received my SAR, is it safe to post here what stupidly appealed to them before seeking advice on here? Starting to think with moving house soon to just phone them up and pay its stressing me out so much sat waiting for a court later
