It looks like the amounts are correct for money spent in May but that is not what the terms state it will be calculated on.

I have lodged a complaint as we are supposed to play by their rules and so should they, only 84p but it is the principle along with the fact they have been far from open with what is going on.

If this was indeed the final payment then I shall close my card as soon as I'm able to download my statements. Then I can finally open the Amazon Credit card fornthe 0.75% cashback on all items. Not as high but better than only on the first 500...

How have you got 0.75% on all purchases for the Amazon card, looked at the one on offer on the site currently and the deal seems to be 1.5% (for Prime) or 0.75% (everyone else) on amazon spend and 0.5% on all other spend.

Or is there a different card available that I have missed.

Same 'final payment' showing as processed on my account today and likewise believe cashback should be accrued until the end of June then paid in July.

Same here, I am still expecting another £5 in July for June's spend. Will message them again but still no reply to my two previous messages.

Still not had anything for April. Have put in a complaint now. Not going to bother using it anymore and will close it once sorted.

I am beginning to wonder if it ever will be.

Its my mistake, i think it was that originally, though Ill need to check my wife's account to see how much shes earned, but i do seem to remember it being 0.75% for non-Amazon and 1.25% for Amazon at one point.

Being a Prime member its 1.5% on Amazon and 0.5% otherwise which is still better than the non-existent cashback that TSB is about to become!

Plus Amazon also had an offer where if you buy a £25 credit you get £5 free so that with the £10 gift card for applying for the card meant I gor £15 off the order which is 3 months of TSB Cashback!

    Update on TSB website:

Credit Card 1% cashback !!!8211; when does this offer end?
The last payment will be made in July for transactions you make up until the end of June. Please ignore any previous messages which indicated that the final payment would be made in June.

Lets see if the actual final credit card cashback gets paid without a delay as I would say it should be due around friday/today....
I'm glad I had paper statements turned on before this whole debacle & keep my own spreadsheet as i've still just got a list of the last 20 transactions in my online banking & I appear to have now lost the message inbox in online banking completely.
    - Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
    - Student Loan gone
Swagbucks, Mingle, GiffGaff, Prolific, Qmee & Quidco; thank you MSE every little bit helps

    Here's my situation report.

    Statements:
Website is showing links for Jan, Mar, Apr, May and June.
Don't know what happened to February - perhaps it was too cold.
Jan, Mar and Apr - don't display when you click on View and are not downloadable.(returns an empty document*)
May - Works for view and download
    June - Doesn't work.(server throws a 500 error*)
    * - Determined by debugging console.
It appears that one part of TSB's API (getCardStatementByYear) returns different data for each of these cases, and this then causes getDocument to fail slowly with nothing, succeed, or fail quickly with an error in the debug console.
Pity there's no way to communicate this to TSB - they are ignoring my Twitter posts now.

    Transaction entries:
Good news - can go back as far as March 31st - some 120 transactions.

    Statement generation and Direct Debits:
The May statement dated 9th, wasn't actually generated until 23rd May (found this out from the json data viewable in the firefox debugging console, screen shot taken).
The June statement due 10th, inaccessible - as detailed above.

For June I tried to switch to full balance DD but never got told in time so, I did a full balance bill payment (ex Barclays) and TSB took a full balance direct debit.
Did a DD scheme claim in June and cancelled the direct debit as well.
Come the July due date, I again did a full balance bill payment (ex Barclays), and again TSB took a direct debit - they set a new DD up, despite the first one being cancelled. Again I had to contact Barclays to claw back the direct debit, and cancel it once again.

    No response to any complaints.

So the situation is as follows:
No response or resolution to any complaint, and their 8 week response time up this week.
    Incomplete cashback for May
Will probably screw up June's cashback.
    No statement for June
Next statement is due anytime between today and the 12th, which will probably be as inaccessible as the June one.
I have a decision to make, Do I make a bill payment as before and reclaim the direct debit when they screw up again, or do I let them do their own thing, and watch them finally get the message regarding the DD cancellation.

So far I have a May Statement that I can view a link to a June Statement which doesn't do anything and no other statements. Previous statements (except for April) were viewed but not downloaded before everything went wrong. I've never seen an April statement although they did take full DD for this. Waiting on final cashback payment. Card no longer being used.
