Nor here! I've spent just over £500 in June so now await the payout in July? Then I will be changing banks as they are offering me nothing now apart from the 5% interest on £1500.0

I twittered that they needed to change their FAQ regarding the cashback. I got a response to the effect "Should be there by close of business". Close of Business for me means 6pm - three guesses what wasn't there at 6pm...0

I can't even find any updates on their website about what should be happening when with regard to credit card screw ups, i'm relying on the info posted here.
it really gets my goat that even in trying to fix it all they can't be consistent in their approach to all customers of a specific product, (ok all the current account holders have been given 5% interest but I think I read some people have even had that payment mucked up), but some credit card holders got £25 compensation without question, some didn't get a bean.- Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted

No May cashback either.
You haven't been told anything new. All TSB accounts were moved to a new untested, unverified IT platform over a long weekend of 20th-23rd April.
Any time you spent obtaining that "information" was wasted, as was any money/call allowance spent calling them.
I keep tweeting questions, and every now and again they say "Give us a call, and we'll look into it". The reality is, you give them a call and they look into the black hole in the ground and describe what shade of black they see.
The only good thing that happens when you call TSB is that you keep a call centre worker in a job for 10 minutes.
For future reference:
1) If your cashback deal has ended, get another credit card, and clear the your TSB account balance in due time.
2) If you still get cashback, make a few large purchases to reach the £500 spend level - Hints: Gift cards for Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda, and in any case try to make 10 or fewer transactions to do this (so you can see what's gone through via the "last 20 transactions" online view).
3) Unless you have hours to spare, have unlimited minutes on your call plan, and have the patience of a saint, do not phone TSB for anything other than a lost card, missing money, or fraud.
4) Make an online complaint at https://www2.tsb.co.uk/help/complaint-form/
Make sure you tick the "email me a copy" box, because TSB haven't been sending the promised acknowledgement letter within the promised week.
Where you have suffered loss or more than minor inconvenience, and you don't get an answer within 8 weeks, complain to the Financial Ombudsman.
