Still no May cashback. FAQ page still stating by 15th June. They seem to have given up on updating it.

Had a payment today labelled “Final cashback”. I’m hoping that they have just messed up again as they should pay for June too.....

Same 'final payment' showing as processed on my account today and likewise believe cashback should be accrued until the end of June then paid in July.

Payment today, wrong amount though. They have paid on purchases made in May and not purchases logged in May so not in accordance with the terms.
2.3 Cashback will be accrued on the date the transaction appears on your account, which might not be the date
    the transaction was made.
The only thing they seem to be competent at is incompetence.

I havent had any cashback for May.
    No surprise there then.
There is a minimum wait for paper statments of at least 4 weeks.Very helpful~~not~~ for people like me who have had no statments since April.
They cannot print them off in branch.

Just checked and seen that the cashback for May was paid today.
Once again they have changed the rules, and the payment is now determined by the date of transaction not the date of posting. This means that any transaction made in April, but posted in May will not earn cashback.

Only 34p lost, but the ominous sign is that the narrative read "1% Plusness Final Cashback".

I'll accept the 34p hit, if they pay me some compo for the outstanding complaints...

For the record, the entry was dated 16th June, but didn't appear until sometime after 6pm 18th June...

Received an email today reminding me that I haven't looked at my statement yet, and how important it is to do so. If I could I would.

I've received the ominous "Final" cashback as well and will call them tomorrow to see why I won't 've earning cashback till end of the month like I'm expecting.

I'm able to see May's statement online but June's statement is pretty much non-existent. There's a button to view/download but it does nothing. I called up over weekend and spent AN HOUR in the queue, and spoke to three people, the third who finally gave me the answer of 'its not working for anyone'... not all bad I raised a complaint and got compensation for the inconvenience and time spent on the phone.

If this was indeed the final payment then I shall close my card as soon as I'm able to download my statements. Then I can finally open the Amazon Credit card fornthe 0.75% cashback on all items. Not as high but better than only on the first 500...

My Cashback has been received value is correct, but mine is also marked as final. Still have email from TSB saying cashback extended to 30th June 2018. If I had been told that they had changed to offer to end of may instead of June I would have used a different card for this transactions (although paying slightly less cashback). Was planning on closing my card in July once final cashback received and statement cleared, but feel I need to wait till I can get my missing statements.
