    It looks like the manual payment of the cashback is not a standard thing as I too have not received any cashback for my £500 April spend. When I rang them today (04/06) and complained they refused to manual intervene and said I will get it and have to wait for it. :mad:

    Their Credit Number: 0345 835 3846, had to wait over 20 mins as well for the phone to be answered!:(

    Oh dear, well for me I've not had any issues accessing internet banking or the app and have been able to make payments to the credit card. Just no cashback at all.:angry:

    I called the number on here https://www.tsb.co.uk/contact-us/ (not the one on the back of the card). It was my second call and I raised it as a complaint so presumably they did this to get me to close the complaint.

    Cashback paid today.

    credit card cashback paid today & marked 'April', still missing cashback for May but hoping this is a sign they are catching up & that it will arrive shortly
    - Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
    - Student Loan gone
